MEET THE CAST AT gNET STUDIO

gNET STUDIO is my content creation studio. we produce premium visual content for brands in the clean-label food & beverage space.

we operate three specialized content channels:

  • @gNETFoodandbev — clean-label food & beverage content

  • @gNETStudio — Our main studio account that covers social media strategy and content creation for other niches like music, sports, general travel, and fashion.

the creators on this page are the virtual talent behind both accounts. you likely landed here after visiting one of the two accounts. everything is created by me - giovanni gallucci.

if you're a brand looking for premium food & beverage content, feel free to reach out.

ownership and licensing

every creator on this page is my intellectual property. i created them, i own them, and they are not for sale. that includes their names, faces, likenesses, voices, personalities, backstories, world-building assets, and the brand and persona voice guidelines that govern how they speak. no client owns any of it. no client has ever owned any of it. no engagement, no matter how large or how long-running, transfers ownership of the cast. this is not a negotiable term.

when i publish content for a client, that client automatically receives a license to use the published work for their own marketing, pr, and social media. that license covers the published piece. it does not cover the creator. it does not grant the right to recreate, re-cast, extend, license out, or generate new content featuring any member of the cast, whether by me, by them, by another agency, or by any ai system.

the cast works like any other working talent. these creators appear in content for multiple brands at the same time, across multiple industries, on my own channels and on client channels. seeing a member of the cast in another brand's content is normal and expected. it is not exclusivity, it is not a conflict, and it is not a breach of anything. exclusivity is available, but it is a separate negotiated arrangement in writing, and it has never been the default.
