New Client Intake Form
Thanks again for coming on board. I’m excited to get to work with you. When you have a few minutes, please fill out the intake form linked here. None of the fields are required, but the more detail you can share, the faster I can hit the ground running and build things the right way from day one.
Once you’re done, feel free to email me (giovanni@gallucci.net) any supporting materials you already have. PDFs, decks, brand guidelines, messaging docs, past marketing work, and anything that helps me understand your brand voice and direction. I also use dropbox if it’s easier to set up a shared folder for me there to drop the materials in. Use the same email address for dropbox.
Product imagery is especially helpful. Ideally, clean photos of the product packaging with no background and no props. If it’s a food product, shots of the food itself outside the packaging are great too. If it’s easier, you’re also welcome to send product samples to 2900 Camp Wood Court, Plano, Texas, 75025, and I can handle the photography i need on my end.
If we’ve agreed to create a generative AI-based persona for you, there are a couple of extra items I’ll need. Please record a two- to three-minute reading from a book or similar material using a conversational, positive, happy voice. Smile while you read. It genuinely changes how your voice sounds. Find a quiet place where you won’t feel self-conscious, and read with a confident, upbeat tone. This becomes the foundation for your brand voice. If you have a walk-in closet, that works great. Just read the content into your phone using your voice memo app and I can do the rest.
I’ll also need 20 to 30 photos of you. No sunglasses or hats. Reading glasses are fine. A mix of front, side, close-up, medium, and wider shots in normal, everyday environments works best. I don’t need more than 30 photos, just a good variety and a clear view of your face. If you need help with any of this, I’m happy to walk you through it on a quick call.
Looking forward to getting started.
